1.The Introduction of 4104 brazing aluminum sheet foil coil strip
4104 brazing aluminum sheet foil coil strip is a necessary raw material commonly used in the production of aluminum heat exchangers in the vacuum welding process.
4104 brazing aluminum sheet foil coil strip is used as the cladding layer of the cladding aluminum sheet, or is called the brazing material layer, and its Si content is 9.0%~10.5%. The high Si content can reduce the melting point, good fluidity, and strong gap filling ability. As a brazing material layer, it has good fluidity, wettability, gap filling ability and welding strength; at the same time, it enhances the corrosion resistance of the composite board.
The brazing material uses 4104 aluminum alloy composite plate, which is widely used in various heat exchangers, such as automobile water tank radiators, automobile air-conditioning condensers, and evaporators.
