INTRODUCTION
Horizontal directional drill rig is driven with full hydraulic system, propelled with its own crawlers. Driven with duplex zero
motors, the rotator could drill with two speeds with an advanced and compact structure, adopting chain feeding system driven by motor, the motor could move stably and reliably, the mast could be adjusted for the angle of drilling holes from 8°to 16°.
The overall unit is in low center of gravity and good stability with graceful structure, an auxiliary crane equipped to the horizontal directional drill rig, a comfortable operation circumstance provided for the operator.
Basing on the idea of purchasing internationally, the main matching parts and auxiliary equipments, such as diesel engine,
hydraulic pumps, valves, motors, reducer and key hydraulic accessories are all adopted in famous brand at home and abroad.

Technical Characteristics:
1. High power: 194kW high horsepower engine is adopted to ensure that the drilling rig can complete pipe laying operations under all kinds of complicated geological conditions.
2. Two-speed unit head: the unit head operates at a low speed during driling and pullback to ensure smooth construction; and it can slide at an accelerating speed to reduce auxiliary time and improve work efficiency when the removable drill rod reciprocates with no-load.
3. Steel crawler equipped with rubber crawler plate: it has a minimal impact on roads, lawns and scenic spots.
4. Floating- -type vise: it applies the proprietary floating-type vise of the company, which can effectively extend the service
life of the drill rod.
5. Rotatable control console: it widens the visual field and reduces the fatigue of the operator to make the drilling rig
operation more simple and comfortable.
