A.We have a series of Certification for diferent purpose,For example,for electric scooter productswe have CE,FCC,ROHS,UL etc.For the battery part,we have UN38.3,MSDS for safety report etcwe make sure all our products and parts are qualified fully for shipping and exporting.
Q.Can l have sample before placing bulk order ?
A.Yes you can,we sell samples for testing and approval.The cost diference will be returned whenyou place the bulk order.
Q.How many days for you to prepare samples ?
A.Only 1 day for normal and stocked goods,2~7days for customized or abnormal models.
Q.Do you test products before shipping ?
A.Sure,Our production is strictly operated under lS09001 quality system.Our staff of lQC,IPQCQC and QA check every procedure from incoming materials,production processing and finishedproducts,making sure all products are qualified 100%.
Q.When is your delivery time ?
A.it depends on model and order QTY,Nommally it takes around 20days after getting deposit,Repeated order just takes around 10~18days.
Q.What format of file do you need for my own design ?
A.lf it's for printing,the format of Al and PDF are necessary.we will use it for making film andconfirm the colour,size and location with you before batch printing.
Q.How many colours are available ?
A.ln principle,we use colour pantone code to do right job for you.that's to say you need to offerus pantone colour code.lf you don't have pantone code,we only can do similar effect but notprecise job.or we can recommend popular colours for your reference.
