Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: We will pack the model with Iron frame + carton packaging, it is more safely for model loading and unloading
Q2. What's your warranty?
A: The whole model is one year warranty, do not include quick-wear parts, such as: bulb,mirror,plastic spare parts and so on.The lead-acid battery is provided with one year warranty, and the lithium battery is provided with two years warranty.
Q3. If there are quality problems during the warranty period, what should you do?
A: Please provide a detailed description of the quality problem, frame number, mileage, picture and video of the problem, etc. After our company determines the problem, we will send out the urgently needed accessories in the fastest way and provide customers for replacement.For more batch problems, we will send engineers abroad to assist in maintenance.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment terms: T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance against the copy of B/L, and 100% T/T prepayment for sample order.
Q5. What certifications do your products have?
A: Our electric model basically have European EEC certification, the charger has CE certification, and the battery has UN38.3.
Q6. How to do your product inspection?
A: Our electric vehicles are 100% fully inspected. (1.): The inspection of incoming parts of our accessories, the complete inspection of the main components, and the sampling of other accessories according to a certain proportion.
(2.): When the product is on the production line, our inspection staff inspects the product, and the electronic control
system has been inspected online.
(3.): When the product goes offline, each model is 100% inspected, and after passing the confirmation, the qualified label is attached.
