1.How long is your delivery time?
Depending on the customers purchase diesel generators' configuration, customer demand for delivery, and our parts inventory, etc.
Generally, it takes 20 workday for open type diesel generators and 10-30 workdays for silent diesel generators.
2. Manufacturer or Trade Company?
We have our own factory for OEM manufacturing producing, also trade with all electrical parts.
3.What's your warranty period ?
The goods are under warranty for a period 12 months or 1000 hours whichever comes first from the date of delivery to the end user (except the damageable spares of genset caused by incorrect man-made operation)
