Configuration:
The machine is built with sturdy materials and solid welding. It is equipped with a single/double roller R97 reducer coupled with a powerful 11KW motor, providing stronger horsepower. The dual chain wheel roller provides higher and greater friction for rotation. Together with the maintenance-free oil-immersed guide rail and L-shaped cast iron inner hook, as well as the externally processed I-shaped railway track, the three stabilizing devices ensure smoother operation of the machine during the rounding process for bent woods, irregular woods, and woods with high hardness when the 90mm diameter oil cylinder is hydraulically advanced. The machine's electronic control system is equipped with a motor protector, which automatically protects the motor and reducer when there is a large current during operation.
