We can support different aspects customization service including hardware/software design. But there is a MOQ request.
Q3. How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 2-3 weeks once the deposit received and PI confirmed, sample is 2-3 days. It depends on order quantity.
Q4. What the after sale service?
Printers will provide 12 months warranty, and the print head will provide 3 months warranty.
