Q1: What's your factory MOQ and best price?
A1: No MOQ and 1 set machine order is also welcomed. We usually quote FOB Qingdao price, but if you want to know the other price term, we will try our best to meet with your demands.
Q2: This is the first time I use this kind of machine, is it easy to operate?
A2: There is English manual that show you how to use machine. If you still have any question,please contact us by e-mail / skype/ phone / whatsapp /trademanager online service.
Q3: Is it difficult to maintenance the machine?
A3: If your company have a technician, then with our guiding videos, then it's not difficult we think, our other customers can handle by themselves, we think you also can.
Q4: How to install?
A4: We adjusted machines well before we delivery. When customers receive them, you can work with them directly.
Q5: What to do if the machine has a problem?
A5: 24 hours timely response of mail and phone calls. If the parts broken belong to non-artificial factors within 12 months, we offer free replacement. If beyond 12 months, customers should bear the freight back and forth and accessories cost.
