Product Description
High speed dispersing mixer, or cowls mixer, include a driven motor, rotation shaft, bearing sleeve, bearing kit, and one or multiple dispersing mixers to fit buyer's mixing and dispersing request.
Motor size can be 0.75kw, 1.1kw, 1.5kw, 2.2kw to max 22kw
Shaft length and diameter are subject to customer's request.
Application
For the mixing dispersion and dissolution process of paint, coating, glue, ink, pigment, adhesive and many other chemical products like ultrafine powder of electronic and lithium battery paste.
Through shearing, impacting, grinding and cavitation to fully dispersion, crushing and thinning the working load, to prevent powder from agglomerating in liquid, to achieve dispersion and depolymerization
