1.The overall layout of the equipment is a gantry structure. A fixed workbench is used. The workbench is in the form of a T-slot. The movable crossbeam moves horizontally and longitudinally along the X-axis along the left and right bed guide rails. The milling head ram can move horizontally and transversely along the Y-axis along the crossbeam guide rails with the saddle, or along the horizontal and vertical Y-axis. The saddle guide rail performs vertical Z-axis lifting movement.

2.The overall structure of the equipment: The optimal combination of internationally popular castings and welded structural parts is used to adapt to the movement characteristics of high-speed gantry milling machines. The left and right bed and fixed worktable are made of high-strength cast iron materials, which have good shock-absorbing properties. The moving beam, sliding saddle and ram are welded parts. This machine tool is a bridge-type high-speed gantry machining center. It is an efficient and multi-functional large-scale CNC machine tool. It can complete various processes such as milling, drilling, reaming, countersinking, tapping and boring in one clamping process.

3.The X, Y, and Z axes of the machine tool adopt a rolling guide structure. The X axis of the machine tool adopts dual-motor electrical anti-backlash technology. The cross beam adopts anti-deformation technology to ensure the straightness of the Y-axis during machine tool processing.
