This set of production line is use neat soap(soap noodle) as raw materials, output for 50-150kg/h. After mixing, grinding, vacuum article out and roller cut into parts, this line can production of fatty acids in 35-60% of the high-grade soap. The production line adopts double vacuum article out machine, can make the soap compact, not easy to cracking.
Production conditions:
1. The water: 1 cubic circulating water (not consume)
2. Electricity: 60kilowatts/hour,380v, 50hz
3.Workshop requirement: 22 meters long,8m wide and 3.5 meters high(including workers operating area)
4. Operate person requirements: 6-8 people/class
Working process:
Mixing→deliver→grind→deliver→molding→cutting→delivery→packing(total is about 20 minutes)
