Refining process:
Step 1: put the oil into the refining tank, and turn on the low speed stirring to turn on the electric heating.
Step 2: when the oil temperature is heated to 65, add 3-5% of the boiling water (slowly add in 10 minutes) and stir for 20-30
minutes.

stop stirring in five minutes.
Step 4: stand still for 2 to 3 hours and discharge saponifer.

Step 5: then turn on the low speed stirring and turn on the electric heating.
Up to 100-115 ºC, 60 minutes, will be dehydrated hair oil processing.
(sample cooling, observe the brightness of the oil, be bright, and moisture standard.)
Step 6: pump the wool oil into the strainer and control the direction of the oil from the three-way valve (below the electric
control box).
The filter completes and the oil enters the finished tank.
Step 7: product oil is cooled and sealed.
