The press machine main part includes the hydraulic cylinder, the beam, the column and the filling device. Power mechanism by the fuel tank, high pressure pump, control system, motor, pressure valve, the direction of the valve and other components.
The material of mould is 40Cr,it's the better choice for making salt block.The mould design will be follow as the requirements of the salt block shape,usually the shape is square,round shape,other shapes ia also available,the logo also can be designed on mould.
The productivity of the press is 3-4 pieces salt blocks per minute,it's very fast machine with automatic control.
The salt block press machine with automatic feeding system,the feeding cylinder will push the salt into the mould and then get back automatically.The feeding time can be set by PLC on screen.
Usually the salt block press machine will work together with other machines to be a whole production line,the raw material is mixture,so will need a mixer,a feed tube,after compressed by the press machine then use a package machine.
