Product Description
The 5000L Jacketed Heating Chemical Stirred Tank Reactor with ASME Certificate is applicable to the reaction in chemial industry and pharmacy. The reactor body can be provided with the stucture haneycomb jacket, pipe jacket or overall jacket, and also can be heated and cooled. The interior surface adops electrolytic miror polishing, the sealing head head is machined through mould pressing or rotary pressing, and all the pipes orifices and dead corners use R angle trasition. The processing of all the parts is inaccordance with GMP standard. There are such styles of the aglator as anchor styla,circle style, frame style and turbine style. The rotating machine can adopt cyloidal-pin gear speed reducer or stepless reducer. The sealing device is mechanical sealing. Heating or cooling can be of insert-set, semicanal or sepentine structure. Heaitng methods can be steam heating, electric heating and heat-conduction oil, to meet the demand of many different working surroundings as acidity, high temperature, abrason, corrision and so on. Acid resistance, high temperature resistant, scuff resistence, anticorrosion.
