Introduction
DGD-220BJ Automatic Horizontal Pouch Packing Machine includes bag taking mechanism, bag opening mechanism, blowing mechanism, filling mechanism, heat sealing, cold sealing and shaping mechanism. The coordinated action of each mechanism is completed through the mechanical linkage and cam structure, and the position signal is fed back by the encoder on the spindle. Under the programmable control of the PLC, the function of bag removal → bag opening → detection → filling → sealing → finished product is realized .The machine has reasonable design and novel appearance, adopts an arc-shaped frame, and is equipped with a complete dust removal system, which meets the production requirements of safety and environmental protection. At the same time, by replacing the filler, the automatic filling of various materials such as powder and granules can be realized on this machine. It is suitable for packaging production of all kinds of prefabricated bag products.
