500kg/hr Conical Shape Screw Type LDPE LLDPE Film Squeezer
LDPE LLDPE film squeezer is usually working in the end of LDPE LLDPE film washing recycling line.
Compared to tranditional centrifugal force dewatering machine,film squeezing dryer could max remove water from film to get lower humidity which is about 3%, it is the best way to improve the capacity and performance for next pelletizing machine.
Squeezer working&applications:
The films queezer equipment is used for squeezing out the water after material washer. The main theory of it by special designed screw and barrel to press the material and then the water on the surface of the material will come out. This equipment with high efficiency motor, driving the screw by gearbox, then make the material between screw and barrel and pres the water coming out. The squeezed material will be blew away by blower.

1. Unique screw squeezing design removing moisture theory, solving the common problem that it is hard to dry the wet film during the plastic film drying recycling field.

Structure of LLDPE film squeezer:
The squeezer adopt pressing theory, make the water separated from the material. It mains insist of four parts: material feeding part, dewatering part, water coming out part and material coming part.
1. The bearing adopt water cooling structure. The water circulation direction is opposite with the direction of screw rotating. This designed structure can prevent the heating of the bearings efficiently, and then make the bearing working length. The way to change the bearings and seals termly is very good for bearing working longer.
2.Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoALA, High wear-resistant.
