1. What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your initial order.
Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure! Usually we could provide existed sample free of charge. But if you need the customized samples, it needs a little printing
mould cost.
And if you do not have courier account, you can pay it to us, then we will arrange the shipment for you.
3.How long is lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.
If you need the customized samples, it takes 5 to 7 days to make it.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15 days for MOQ.
We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for
your final confirmation based on technique.
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.
Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.Which kinds of certification would you have?
LFGB, REACH, EN71
8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance before shipment.
If you have specific payment request, please tell us, then we could check for you.
