1. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Generally, our MOQ is 2,000pcs per capacity and color. But we will accept lower quantity for your trial order, so please feel free to tell us how many do you want.
2. Can i get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existed sample for free. But there will be a little sample charge for custom designs. Generally, we send samples by Fedex, Ups, Tnt etc, and it will take about 2-5 days to reach.
3. How long is sample lead time?
It will take 3-5 days for existed sample, it's free. If you want your own designs, it will take 7-12 days.
4. How long is production lead time?
Usually our lead time is 30-55 days. It depends on the order quantity and production capacity.
5. What is your advantage?
We have our own factory. Besides, we can do everything in house. Such as metalworking, welding, painting, vacuum test and electrolysis. So everything can be under good control. Besides, the price will be competitive.
6.What is the payment term?
Normally our payment terms is TT 30% deposit after order confirmed and the balance against copy of B/L. Of course, we also accept LC at sight.
