50gsm Orange Foam Insulated PE Tarpaulin
Product Name: 50gsm Orange Foam Insulated PE Tarpaulin. Qingdao F&G Package manufacturer all kinds of PE Insulated tarpaulin which is made PE materials inserted with Multi-Layers of PP Foam.
These durable foam insulated winter enclosure tarps have reinforced, woven coated poly skins. The perimeter hems are folded and double stitched using UV resistant thread and are reinforced with grommets spaced every 3 feet. All these Insulated Tarpaulin are used to cover and protect against the cold and wind. They can be used as a vertical curtain or as a insulating blanket.

OR custom sizes made to your specs.
Heavier coverings are also available.
Insulated curing blankets have many uses:
Concrete walls and slabs, concrete forms, bridge beams, scaffolding, construction projects, pre casting, ground heaters...
From the plastic granule to yarn, the first step is very important. The tear of the yarn determine the tear strength of the fabrics. Next the fabrics are based on the gsm of the clients with mesh and density of the tarps. Laminate the double sides of the fabric, then the tarpaulin rolls will be finished. And tarpaulin sheets will be healed and cut and work into the finished size which is requesed by the clients.
QC system- each QC workers will check and record before and after production. If there are any problems, it will be solved at the first time.
Then final step is packing all kinds of size and any purpose of tarpaulin for the clients. They would like to choose Carton boxes, Bale Package, Roll Package,etc.
