Also known as square and rectangular cold-formed hollow section steel, short for square tube and rectangular tube, codes are F and J respectively
1. The allowable deviation of square tube wall thickness shall not exceed ± 10% of the nominal wall thickness when the wall thickness is not greater than 10mm, and ± 8% of the wall thickness when the wall thickness is greater than 10mm, except for the wall thickness of corner and weld area.
2. The normal delivery length of square tube is 4000mm-12000mm, with the majority of 6000mm and 12000mm. Square tube is allowed to deliver short length and non-fixed length products not less than 2000mm, and can also be delivered in the form of interface tube, but the demander shall cut off the interface tube when using it. The weight of short length and non-fixed length products shall not exceed 5% of the total delivery quantity, and for square tube with theoretical weight greater than 20 kg/m, it shall not exceed 10% of the total delivery quantity
3. The bending of square tube shall not be greater than 2mm per meter, and the total bending shall not be greater than 0.2% of the total length

Delivery Condition:

Packaging and delivery of square and rectangular hollow section pipes and steel pipes:1. OD 300mm and below is packed with hexagonal maritime binding tape and steel tape, with two nylon slings for each bundle
2. Bulk with OD above 300mm or according to customer comments
Trial order of 25 tons/container and 5 tons/size;
4. The maximum length of a 20 "container is 5.8 m;
5. The maximum length of a 40 "container is 11.8m.
