50dBm 1150-1620MHz GPS Wideband Amplifier RF Power Amplifier for Cusomize

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This wideband Power Amplifier module is working for L&GPS RF bands, model type: PWR-GPS-WB with aluminum case, it need operating on heatsink.

This product are using GaN technology that is able to cover the superwide bandwidth, power range can be customized from 44-50dBm. PA are equiped with over-high VSWR and over-high power protection to avoid/reduce the damage from any misoperation. I/O Port is compatible with DB9 serial port.

More function and parameters are avaiable to customized according to actual requirement.
