Can we ask for some samples for testing? Are they free?
Yes, we can provide samples with our existing specifications which would be similar to what you exactly need. Samples are free, but normally freight charges will be for your accounts.
Are mock-up samples available? What's the Charge?
Available.
You need to bear the plate charge of printing and raw material costs. Specific amounts need to be based on your specifications.
Can I have the bag with our own design?
Yes. All bags can be customized according to your requirements, therefore, there is no doubt that the size, the logo, the weight, etc, all designs are available for you.
What is your payment?
Our usual payment is T/T, L/C. You can choose the best one according to your situation. 30% in advance as the deposit and the balance is paid before shipment.
What's the delivery time?
Within 25-30 days against down payment.
Can we visit your factory for evaluation, how can we get there?
You will be warmly received and have a good time in China. We can pick you up from the airport here.
