FKAG-N Series
3-piston alternating volumetric pumps for use on cleaning units and industrial systems. Can be coupled to various types ofmotors,
directly or with flexible joint. Pump body and cover in die-cast aluminium alloy. Side cover may be blind or incorporate oil sight
glass. Rear cover with oil drain outlet. Pistons driven by crank-connecting rod mechanism. Pump shaft in pressed high-strength
steel. Oversized friction bearings. Connecting rods in die-cast special low-friction zinc-aluminium alloy. One-piece ceramic
pistons. Pump head in copper nickel plated. Double gasket sealing system. Intake and delivery valves have plugs

Feike is a factory specializing in making triplex plunger pumps.
We have high precison Automatic TAKAM CNC machines and 3D coordinate no-contact detection machine to ensure
the quality of the Pump heads , Crankshaft houses and valves for the pumps. We have 4 assembly lines so far.
There are three production lines for making triplex pumps separated by high pressure, mid-pressure and low pressure.
The fourth production line is for making safety valves and regulating valves . We use fixtures to ensure the assembly quality of the ceramic plungers. Air tightness testing is applicated for every single semi-finished pump before injecting the lubrication oil.
And evey single triplex plunger pump will be tested with electric motor for running about 15 minutes before final packing.
We use lasing to carve the ID Numbers on the surface of the pump for tracking.Every final pump is packing with air bag to protect the pump from damage in the transportation.We can produce 6000pcs triplex plunger pumps and 10000 safety valves and regualtor valves a month . welcome to inquirying our products.
