Absolutely! We offer complimentary samples of our stock sizes and the express cost is waived if sent to your China agent. For OEM printed samples matching your artwork, a sample fee applies, but this will be reimbursed with your final order. For overseas sample shipping, we charge a portion of the express cost.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

3. What is the cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
The cost for printing depends on the order size and the number of artwork colors. Please reach out to us with your requirements via email, and our sales team will promptly provide a competitive quote.
4. What is the production lead time?
For blank paper, production takes 2-3 weeks post order confirmation. For OEM printed paper, expect a 3-4 week timeline following artwork approval.
5. What is the product wrapping options?
Shrinkwrap: Available in either 5 or 10 rolls per shrink
Gold or silver aluminum foil wrap: Available for 1 or 2 rolls
Custom OEM printed paper wrap: Available for 1 or 2 rolls
Custom OEM printed boxes in brown or white, subject to customer specifications
6. Could you accept the third party to inspect goods?
Certainly, we welcome SGS or any other third-party inspections before delivery and loading of goods to ensure quality and compliance.
7. What is your payment term?
We accept both TT and LC terms. For FOB: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. For CFR: 30% deposit, balance against copy BL post-shipment. Long-term clients enjoy more favorable terms, reflecting our dedication to mutually beneficial relationships.
8. What is your guarantee terms of quality and shipment?
