Product Description
The Planetary Mixer is a kind of efficient mixing equipment that integrates dispersion and mixing without dead spots. It is designed for mixing ointments, paste, wet mass, cream and other kinds of high-viscosity mixtures such as Silicone Sealant, battery Electrode Pastes, Conductive Inks, lubricants, dental whitening gels, plasticizers, polyester compounds, epoxy resins, etc. Maximum viscosity can reach 2,000,000 cps.
Working Principle
The Planetary Mixer has the high-speed dispersing shaft, low speed shaft, and wall scraper, which can be used for mixing, cutting, dissolving, and scraping the wall. The blades rotate on their own axes, while they orbit the mixing vessel on a common axis. The blades continuously advance along the periphery of the vessel, removing material from the vessel wall and transporting it to the interior. The serrated circular blade of the dispersion plate rotates at high speed so that materials flip up and down intensely in the container, and are impacted and sheared by the blades. As a result, the aggregate is destroyed by rapid dispersion, homogeneous mixing, and fast dissolution.
According to the quantity of High Speed Agitator and Slow Speed Agitator, the Planetary Series Mixer includes the following five kinds of Mixer:
1. Dual Planetary Mixer (SXHJ): 5L-500L, with two pieces of Slow Speed Agitators;2. Planetary Power Mixer (XDHJ): 5L-1000L, with 1 Slow Speed Agitator and 1 High Speed Agitator;
3. Dual Planetary Power Mixer (SXDHJ): 5L-1000L, with 2 S Slow Speed Agitators and 1 High Speed Agitator;
4. Dual Planetary Dual Power Mixer (SXSDHJ): 100L-1000L, with 2 S Slow Speed Agitators and 2 S High Speed Agitators;
5. Multiple Function Mixer (Customized Type): Dispersing Plate/Emulsifying Head/Three Stars Agitator /Wall Scrapers/Butterfly Agitator /Twist Frame/Rectangular, etc.
1). Integrate mixing, dispersion and wall scraper in one machine.
2). Mechanical seal, O ring seal or trapezoid seal for option material reaction can happen under vacuum conditions.3). High and low speed impellers rotate rapidly and exert strong impact force to mix materials thoroughly in a very short time, no deposit and residuals.
4). With a jacket or coil pipe for heating/cooling, the medium can be water, electricity, steam or oil.
5). Agitators are raised and lowered in/out of the mixing vessel by a hydraulic lift.
6). Configured with PLC automatic control system with human-computer interface for option.
