5.WHAT METHODS DO YOU TAKE To PROTECT THE GLASS BOTTLES DURING SHIPPING?

Given the inherently fragile nature of glass,there will certainly be breakage during transport but it is kept minimal (less than 19o ofloss) We will compensateforyour loss if there were bottles broken causing from ouralse packaging ways.

6.WILL YOU STERILIZE THE BOTTLES BEFORE SHIPPING?

No. Unless they are well sealed it is impossible to guarantee that the bottleswould remain bacteria-tree dunng the transportation. If a stenlizaton treatmentis requlred. please conduct it near the bottling facility, just before flling.

7.DO THE BOTTL ES NEED To BE CLEANED BEFORE FILLING?

Yes. Although we pack the bottles face down to reduce the possibility ofcontaminants getting inside the bottles, clients are suggested to clean thebottles prior to flling

8.IS THERE LEAD OR ANY OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS IN THE BOTTLES?

The glass itself has no lead or any other harmtul chemicals. Upon request wecan have the bottles tested in a testing facility for evidence. The inks used forlabeling may contain lead and/or chromium to increase the colorvibrancy. Sincethe labels are not in a direct contact with the liauid or load products, there are noregulations prohibiting the use of leador chromium in labels.
