The emulsion chain hoist is a commonly used lifting tool in the comprehensive mining face of coal mines, primarily for the transportation of materials in underground mining operations, and is also suitable for application in other mining industries. The product uses HFA emulsion fluid with low viscosity as the power source, which perfectly matches the power medium of hydraulic supports and other equipment, while also being compatible with various working media such as hydraulic oil, meeting the needs of underground use. The product comes with a quick-coupling connector, which can be directly connected to the high-pressure rubber hose on the hydraulic support without the need for any additional auxiliary equipment.
The emulsion chain hoist consists of an emulsion fluid motor, a reduction mechanism, a hook, a lifting chain, and high-pressure rubber hoses, controlled by an operating valve to meet the lifting needs of equipment and materials in the underground tunnels.
