Freshwater flake ice machine working principle
Share flake ice evaporator is comprised of spiral ice cutter, cutter shaft, and cutter frame, all of those parts are made of the 304 stainless steel, the interval between the ice cutter and ice evaporator is between 0.15mm-0.2mm, it is easy to scrap the ice from the inner side of evaporator.
The spiral structure of ice evaporator not only ensures the cleanliness and smoothness of the inner channel, but also the wall thickness. As a result, evaporation effect has been greatly improved, having been treated with both plating and thermal treatments, the ice evaporator comes with the service life of at least 10 years.
The ice evaporator comes with the bottom frame and outer surface that are made of the 304 stainless steel. It uses 10cm thick PU foam to preserve its excellent heat insulation while maintaining the beautiful appearance

1. high heat transfer efficiency, surface Nobelium electriplated. big enough evaporator guarantee enough ice capacity, +5% ice more than ice capacity .
2. 850ºC high temperature annealing treatment, heat treatment to eliminate the welding stress, this will guarantee ice bucket good material mechanics performance and prevent evaporator inner wall from deformation forever .
3. our flake ice drum must be handled by acid washing . clean on interior wall of drum after whole processing of the metal material.
The machine will be running smoothly, hard to break and obviously it is very low maintenance as well.The indication can be showed on the PC board if there something goes wrong then the machine will be turned of itself and the instruction warning lights will be on. Such as:
- Ice Full
- Lack of Water
- Wrong Rotating Direction
- Evap / Cond Temperature Too High
- High and Low Pressure Alarm etc.
So it will make your life absolutely easier to judge the failure of operation.
