The Super T Self-Priming Trash Pump is engineered for cost-effective, seamless operation, excelling in managing solids-laden liquids and slurries. Its expansive volute design allows for automatic re-priming in fully open systems, eliminating the necessity for suction or discharge check valves. This pump is versatile, capable of functioning with only partial liquid content and a completely dry suction line.

Our pumps can manage up to 76mm spherical solids, depending on the specific model. Should the pump shaft or bearings require servicing or repairs, the entire rotating assembly can be easily removed without affecting the pump casing or the pipelines.

Mirroring the reliability and performance of the ST self-priming pump, the Super T pump includes further advanced design features such as external shimless adjustment, dual bearing protection, and an ergonomic 'easy-grip' cover plate handle. External Shimless Adjustment

The external shimless cover plate allows for straightforward adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and wearplate. This innovation negates the need to realign belts, couplings, or other drive components. It ensures that the working height of the seal assembly and impeller back clearance remain unaffected. Our unique collar and adjusting screw design facilitate incremental adjustments with ease. Once set, the collar locks in place, preserving the clearance even if the cover plate is removed. This design significantly extends the lifespan of both the impeller and wearplate, maintaining the pump's peak efficiency.

Solids Handling
The two-vane, semi-open impeller accommodates solids up to 3" (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the pump model. Pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud minimize foreign material buildup behind the impeller and reduce pressure on the seal and bearings.

Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our exclusive double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal features stationary and rotating faces made of silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide, specifically crafted for abrasive industrial environments. This seal is available on 3", 4", and 6" (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also available.

Removable Cover Plate with 'Easy-Grip' Handle
The removable cover plate, equipped with an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, allows quick access to the pump's interior without disconnecting piping. This feature enables swift clog removal, returning the pump to service in minutes. The impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve can also be accessed for inspection or service through the cover plate opening.

Removable Rotating Assembly
Inspecting the pump shaft or bearings is simplified by removing the rotating assembly without disturbing the pump casing or piping. By merely removing four bolts from the back, the assembly conveniently slides out.

Dual Protection of Bearings
Our design provides atmospheric isolation of the seal cavity, ensuring positive protection of the bearings. This unique feature also supports external monitoring capabilities.
