Q2:When I got this machine, but I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
A2:We will send video and English manual with the machine. If you still have some doubts, we can talk by telephone or e-mail.Of course,we also can let our engineer go to your factory to install and debugging machine
Q3:What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A3:You can make the payment by T/T, Western Union or L/C.30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
Q4:I know nothing about this machine, what kind of machine should I choose?

Q5:If some problems happen to this machine during warranty period, what should I do?

Q6:Do you have CE document and other documents for customs clearance?
A6:Yes, we have Original. At first we will show you and And after shipment we will give you CE/Packing list/Commercial Invoice/Sales contract for customs clearance.
