Our company specializes in the production of chimneys specifically designed for gas boilers. The chimneys are manufactured using a fully automatic imported surface spraying assembly line, guaranteeing a flawless finish.

Materials

• Non-condensing chimney: Inner pipe material - welded aluminum, outer pipe material - galvanized steel sprayed or welded aluminum sprayed.


• Condensing chimney: Inner pipe material - PP plastic, outer pipe material - galvanized steel sprayed or welded aluminum sprayed. 

 

Installation Recommendations 

For optimal performance, we recommend tilting the chimney down by 5 degrees during installation. This prevents rainwater from flowing back into the gas boiler along the smoke pipe during rainy weather. Additionally, the slight downward angle of the exhaust chimney helps eliminate condensation caused by cold temperatures.

It is important to note that the total length of the chimney pipe and the extension pipe should not exceed 3 meters. If the exhaust pipe is too long, it may cause backflow, which can negatively affect the boiler's performance.
