Working principle:
This machine is installed on the tail roller of the belt conveyor, and the speed measuring roller/roller is installed on the upper surface of the return belt, and the speed sensor is digital without carbon brush.
The speed sensor is digital without a carbon brush. Pulse generator, the speed sensor emits a series of speed pulses when the belt is running, each pulse represents a unit length of the belt stroke, and the pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed.
When an emergency occurs at the tape transport site, the wire ropetied to the lug of the pull rope switch can be pulled to make the silder in the machine act with the switch to signal a stop. The wire rope is released and automatically reset.
