TECK90 CABLES
1.ScopeCable TECK90 is an interlocked armoured cable used in various industrial application environments such as petro-chemical, pulp and paper.
In some cases, it is also available in 8000 series aluminum ACM conductor.
It is available in 600 and 1000-volt constructions.
For copper conductors, it is available from 14 to 500 kcmil; for aluminum conductors, from #8 to 750 kcmil. Cables can be manufactured up to 50 conductors for certain applications.
The insulated conductors are made with cross-linked polyethylene, which provides good electrical insulation properties and thermal stability.
There is an inner PVC jacket for added protection,which is covered with either interlocked aluminum or galvanized steel for mechanical protection and durability,and an outer PVC jacket is applied over the armor for further protection against environmental factors.
For the temperature,it is range from -40°C to +90°C, allowing it to be used in a wide range of environments.
Meets certain flame test requirements such as CSA's FT4, ensuring its safety in case of fire.

3. Applications
Teck90 cable is used extensively by the pulp and paper,chemical,mining,petrochemical and manufacturing industries in a broad range of applications,especially where cable may be subjected to mechanical damage and corrosive chemicals.
Commercial applications for Teck90 cable include apartment buildings and commercial complexes.Teck90 cable is also an economical alternative as the need for conduits or ducts and pull boxes is eliminated.
Teck90 cable is approved for use;in wet and dry locations,indoor and outdoor,in exposed and concealed wiring,
in ventilated,non-ventilated and ladder type cable trays,for direct earth burial and for service entrance
installations,above and belowground.
Teck90 cable combination of interlocking flexible armor with two layers of PVC jacket provide a rugged,compact and flexible cable that is resistant to corrosion,water and mechanical abuse.It is designed for use in wet or dry locations with a maximum conductor temperature of 90ºC and a low temperature rating of -40ºC .
