600mm length Longitudinal Welding Seamer machine For pipe Pipe Butt Welding
Working principle of straight seam welding machine:
Use copper keys to pneumatically press the welding part of the workpiece (stainless steel plate/aluminum plate/carbon steel plate and other metal plates) in the middle of the welding main beam, and use a cross welding torch fine-tuning device to align the tungsten electrode of the welding torch to the weld seam to realize automatic start-up argen arc welding power, complete the straight seam welding of the workpiece at one time.
The welding speed of this machine can be continuously adjusted, and the original DC motor and linear guide rail are used to make the welding torch run at a uniform speed without shaking, thus ensuring high-quality welding of the workpiece.

1.It is mainly composed of a bed, a pneumatic keyboard clamp, a beam guide rail, a mandrel, an electric carriage, a pneumatic lifting mechanism for a welding torch, a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism for a welding torch, an air circuit system, and an electrical control system.
2.The welding torch is driven by the traveling motor to move along with the linear moving carriage and guide rail.
