Product Overview
In conventional cake filtration, diatomaceous earth filtration, also known as DC filter, the filtrate flows perpendicular to the surface of the filter medium and the solids are retained by the medium, which will gradually form a filter cake. As the filtration continues and the cake layer thickens, the filtration speed decreases significantly until the filtrate stops flowing out. The Rice vinegar filter adopts staggered flow filtration, the basic principle of which is to circulate the material to be filtered through the filter membrane pore channels of different pore sizes by a circulation pump to do high-speed circulation movement. Under the action of pressure, the filtrate is filtered out tangentially; the unfiltered liquid forms turbulence due to the high-speed movement, which constantly flushes the surface of the membrane rod and takes away the small number of solids attached to the membrane, thus preventing the blockage of the membrane and keeping the filtration in a normal way. Compared with conventional terminal filtration, staggered flow filtration is very advantageous. For example, while the filtrate flow rate of terminal filtration is about to reach zero within a few minutes under the same conditions, a nearly constant flow rate can be obtained with staggered flow filtration, which is insensitive to changes in feed concentration because it can successfully filter dirty liquids without pretreatment.

5. Unique design of wrong flow process and automatic self-cleaning during operation, ensure the continuity and scale of separation, compared with traditional membrane separation equipment, improve the separation efficiency by more than 40%, excellent anti-clogging performance.

6. Quickly removable membrane component design, when necessary, can remove the membrane component for thorough off-line cleaning, the better cleaning effect of the membrane, while the reuse of the component shell, reducing the cost of membrane replacement significantly.

7. The most practical modular separation unit design, according to the total amount of separation using all or part of the separation module operation, with the advantages of a small footprint, low energy consumption, less stagnant liquid, less waste, etc.
