Introduction of gold cip processing plant
Gold processing plant is a plant that extracts gold from gold ore.It contains a variety of equipment that can process different grades of gold ore.
Applicable material:Argilaceous oxidized ore,flotation gold concentrate,gravity tailings;sulfide minerals with high floatabiliry;gold deposits with small ore bodies or low grades.
Process of gold cip plant
The Gold CIP Plant includes seven operation systems: preparation of leached pulp, cyanide leaching, activated carbon adsorption, desorption of gold-loaded carbon, electrolytic extraction of mud gold, recovery of degold carbon and treatment of leached pulp.
1. Preparation of leached pulp
The gold ore is crushed and ground to a size suitable for cyanide leaching. Remove impurities (such as sawdust) from the pulp to prevent it from clogging the carbon screen.
2. Cyanide leaching
Stirring and leaching of slurry with the help of chemicals.
3. Activated carbon adsorption
The slurry after cyanide leaching is introduced into the adsorption tank, and the dissolved gold in the slurry is adsorbed by activated carbon to become gold-loaded carbon.
4. Gold-loaded carbon desorption
The gold-bearing carbon is separated from the pulp by the carbon screen, and the gold complex is replaced in the desorption system
5. Get gold mud by electric shock
The noble liquid obtained by desorption of gold-loaded carbon is recovered by electric shock to obtain gold mud.
6. Degold carbon recycling
After desorption, activated carbon is treated to remove other aggregates before entering the adsorption tank for recycling.
7. Treatment of leached pulp
The pulp can be treated by acidizing volatile lye absorption.

(1)ball mill
Ball mill design consists of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part (reducer, small gear, motors, electrical control) and other major parts. Hollow shaft is steel castings, and the liner is detachable. Rotary gear is processed by casting hobbling. The cylinder is lined wear-resistant liner plate with good resistance to wear. This machine works stably.
(2) Cone Crusher
Spring cone crusher is applied to process above medium hardness ore stone and rock. Its spring insurance system is overload protection to protect machine from damage of metal, grease and water seal are adopted, segregating stone powder and grease to guarantee stable working performance. This type of crushing chamber depends upon the purpose of mineral.
(3) Jaw Crusher
Jaw crusher is used in primary crushing for stones and bulk materials. It processes various kinds of ore with compression strength not more than 320mp.
(4) Spiral Classifier
Spiral classifiers can grade different particles in ore slurry during the metal beneficiation process as well as deslime and dehydrate in the washing operation. They are widely used to separate ore sands by forming a closed-circuit with the ball mill in concentrators, or in gravity concentrators to classify ores and fine muds.
(5) Leaching Tank
The leaching tank is an important equipment for leaching. The volume of the leaching tank is generally 50-100m². At present, it tends to be large Large-scale tanks of 120~400m² have been used in industry. The leaching tank is divided into a mechanical stirring tank and an air stirring tank. The mechanical stirring tank uses the power to drive the propeller to stir the pulp, and the air stirring tank uses the compressed air to stir the pulp.
