Product Description
High wet strength label paper contains high strength and light coated paper, be Suitable for auto-label machine of high-speed, washing reclaiming bottles, whole label can be soluble in lye and avoiding rearing.
Productions description:
A: Color pattern: Linen embossing, plain silver, gold and holographic;
B: Substance(based) paper weight: 65GSM and 68GSM wet strength paper;
C: Finished metallized paper weight: 68GSM and 71GSM metallized beer label paper
D: Surface coating (holographic embossing layer): 0.75 to 1G/M2
Used for protection and printing purposes
E: Aluminum layer thickness: 0.02 to 0.03cm
F: Back coating: 2.0 to 2.5G/M2
Production specs:
It has water resistant, with good ink retention and wash-off properties.
Good performance on high-speed labeling lines with high resistance to bottle frictional even under very wet and cold (possible condensation) conditions.
It is highly recommended for offset printing giving excellent results in ink drying time and subsequent dye-stamping processes.
