Product Description:
Comparing with taper chisel and cross bits, taper button bits have higher technology, much longer primary drilling time and higher drilling efficiency. According to the tungsten carbide insert, button bits can be divided into types of hemispherical, conical and parabolic button, etc.
Button bits with hemispherical button is for high bearing capacity and abrasive resistance while conical button and parabolic button are for high drilling speed and low abrasive resistance.
Made with high quality of raw material through special heat treatment, especially, tungsten carbide of tapered button bits are from Boart long year, widely applied in Hand Hold ( short-hole) drilling system for dimensional stone quarrying.
