Q:Are you a trading company or manufacture?
A:We are a real manufacture witch specialized in link chain for around 20 years and steel wire rope for 10 years.Also,we have an independent trading company to deal with the business of rigging and related hardware.
Q: Does samples available before order?
A: Yes, if it is the stock product, the sample can be sent for free in 3 days, if customized, will be sent within 7 days.
Q: How about the sample policy?
We can provide free sample. However, you have to pay the cost of courier by express like: DHL, TNT, UPS and FEDEX.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We have the inspect team to control the quality problem.
From material to finished products, each step, our inspection man to inspect it.
For each order, we will test and have the record.
