GBD-II Series: 7.5 Tons Electric Chain Hoist with Trolley(GBD-II-7.5T)
1. Shell: Light but solid Full Aluminum case with built-in heat dissipation fan, best cooling effect, longer motor life, fit for the use in the severe work environment.
2. Motor: High quality motor, Low noise, working class M5, suitable for high-intensity continues use environments.
3. IP55: Protection grade IP55, applicable to wider range of environments.
4. Compact: Compact design, increase effective lifting distance.
5. Hook: high strength hook is designed with 360-degree flexible rotating structure.
6. Trolley: Small size trolley allows higher installation height, tight connection to the hoist and more lifting distance.
7. G80 Alloy chain: Equipped with High strength and hardness G80 Alloy chain, safe and durable.
8. Inverse phase sequence protecting device: It is the special electrical installation. which control the circuit not to work in case of wiring error in the power supply.
9. Controller: 24V low voltage Control handle with emergency stop button (Option: Wireless controller is also available with extra charge)
10. Double safety mechanism: Equipped with friction clutch and upper-lower limit switch. The friction clutch is an emergency overload protection device that idles the motor when subjected to an excessive load over the rated capacity. In the event that a load is lifted or lowered excessively, the limit switch stops the motor, preventing hoist or load chain damage. Side magnetic braking device: This device shall realize the instant brake in case of the power dump.
11. Chain bag: Light, handsome and durable.

Install inverter, stepless speed regulation, suitable for more working conditions with different speed requirement.
