7-axis 0.2mm-2.5mm small module gear hobbing machine
Advantage:
1.Seven-axis control horizontal gear hobbing machine for small module gears, reduce labor work and increase efficiency.
2.Feature high speed driven structure with B-axis,high speed direct driven motor with C-axis.
3.For X and Z linear axis, equipped with ball lead trails to increase using lifetime,connected with directly driven servo motor to make sure high precision 4.Directly driven servo motor connects with Y-axis, to achieve high precision shifting cutting, make sure the cutter to abrase evenly and prolong cutter using time.
5.B-axis can be matched with standard ISO25 arbor, pressed by spring way and loose by hydraulic way, easy to replace arbor.
6.Stainless steel shell with lead trail to adapt to dry and wet machining.
7.Hydraulically controlled tail stock, positioning quickly and accurately.
8.Self development CNC control system, easy to learn and operate.
9. Memory function when power is off.
