Yes, we can and welcome your own designs, however, there will be a sample fee which will be refunded in the bulk, thanks for your understanding.
2.What information is needed for the quotation?
Please kindly provide the details information including material(fabric construction), which items included in 1 set and each item's size ,color/ pattern, quantity, packing details. If there are pictures for reference it will be better.
3. Are you able to provide free samples?
Yes, we can provide free sample for you , but you need pay for the Express freight accordingly.The sample leading time is about 5-15 working days. Thanks .
4.How do you promise the quality?
We have a professional QC team to strictly inspect and control every section during production, your factory audit is also welcome. If you find the goods you received in bad quality, we can return the new ones for you,You have no risk.
5.How about the shipping terms?
For sample: FedEx,DHL,TNT,UPS, EMS, etc, or as your request.
For bulk: air or sea. Air is fast but expensive, sea is economy but slower.
6.Do you provide registered shipping services?
