Product Introduction:
Emergency relief valve: When the tank pressure accumulation imbalance due to operational errors or external fire and rain caused by emergency situations. The opening action of the emergency pressure/vacuum relief valve is as follows: When the overpressure is exceeded, the valve disc gets the upward force, the valve cover opens to relieve the pressure, and the valve disc returns to the seat seal when the pressure reaches 90% of the set pressure. When vacuum accumulates in the tank, the valve disc opens downward to release the vacuum. Similarly, when the negative pressure reaches 90% of the set pressure, the valve disc returns to the seat and reseals.

If the internal pressure of the storage tank is too large, the hinged cover of the 7100 emergency relief valve begins to open when the predetermined set pressure is reached to release the excess pressure. When the overpressure dissipates, the hinged cover resets. The hinge mechanism can prevent misalignment and ensure accurate return of the hinge cover.
