Pad-mounted Transformer Description:
Pad-mounted transformer consists of the body of transformer, oil-immersed load switch, protection fuse and the high and low voltage connection which are placed in a sealed oil-tank, equipping with a full range of operational monitoring instruments, such as pressure gauge, oil level gauge, oil temperature gauge, etc. and combining with the low voltage switchgear combination as a set of booster equipment.

Transformer Chracteristics
Transformer Core
1. The core is made of high quality grain-oriented cold-rollled silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, by using 45°five-stepping all leaning lamination way to laminat. So the no-load losss and the no-load current are reduced effiently.
Transformer Windings
LV windings
1. LV winding is manufactured with high quality foil conductor or copper wire, and the ampere-turn is balanceable.The additional loss is low and the ability of anti-short is improved.
2. Oil drains of heat dispersion aer scientifically used in the winding, and the surface of heat dissipation is increased, so the tempertature is reduced and the ability of over-load is improved.
HV windings
HV winding is manufactured with high quality copper wire and excellent design structure. It improves the distribution of electric filed. With lighting impulse analysis, the ability of anti-lighting impulse hase been improved.
