The full name of electronic cloth is electronic grade glass fiber cloth, mainly made of electronic grade glass fiber yarn, with insulation, high strength, high heat resistance, high fire resistance, good electrical characteristics and good dimensional stability and other advantages, can provide two-way or multi-directional enhancement effect. Its process usually uses quartz sand, limestone, pyrophyllite and other minerals as raw materials, with soda ash, boric acid and other chemical raw materials fused to make glass, and then pulled in the molten state to make fibrous materials. Hundreds or even thousands of monofilaments can form a bundle of fiberglass fibril, which can be twisted and threaded to make a fiberglass yarn, and the fiberglass yarn can be further woven into a fiberglass cloth. As the basic material of copper clad plate, electronic cloth is widely used in smart phones, consumer electronics, servers, automotive electronics, national defense, aerospace and other high-tech electronic products. In recent years, the global sales scale of electronic cloth has shown a steady growth trend.
Electronic cloth according to the thickness of different, can be divided into thick electronic cloth, thin electronic cloth, ultra-thin electronic cloth and extremely thin electronic cloth four kinds, different thickness of electronic cloth belongs to different grades, of which thick cloth belongs to low-end electronic cloth, thin cloth belongs to the middle end of electronic cloth, extremely thin cloth and ultra-thin cloth belongs to high-end electronic cloth.
