Diamond Turbo Cup Wheel is designed for leveling, coating removal and concrete grinding. It is also designed to be lightweight to ensure fast surface grinding with minimal operator fatigue. These wheel's feature venting holes to dissipate heat for extended wheel life and swirl turbo segments allow very fast cutting action on concrete and other masonry materials for little or no swirl marks.

THe cup wheels are mainly used to do prep or resurfacing job on concrete floors, however, the hardness of concrete varies. In order to complet the job with high effiency, it is essential to choose the right bond types. Here is the chart of how to define the concrete hardness.

Key Inspection Steps
There are 2 key inspections steps on concrete grinding wheels before delivery: the balance test, and bore hole test. If the cup wheels are not balanced well, it will jump during operation; The bore size will be smaller after painting, if not do the bore size test, it will be difficult to fit the cup wheel to angle grinder.
