Automatic metal stamping production line
This production line is consist of 6 sets of large press machine,tonnage from 1200 Ton to 2250 Ton. it is used to produce the vehicle metal stamping parts, greatly save labor and improve the stamping efficiency. The investment for this production line is over 15 million US dollars. At present, this production line undertakes production task for FAW Qingdao.

A:Tooling delivery time is about 35-60 days , the mass production delivery time will see the quantity and the product complication.

A: First step , the customer need to provide drawing to make the tooling, then produce sample for the customer to test. when the customer confirm the quality and details without any issue, then the bulk production will be arranged.
