Q1: When can I get my quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q3: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, the sample is free, but you need to pay the express fee. But the express cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
Q4: How should I order and make payment?
A: By T/T, for samples 100% with the order; for production, 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arrangement, the balance to be paid before shipment.
