800D PP Bcf Yarn Dope Dyed Yarn for Auto Mat
BCF yarn is also called bulked continuous filament, which is made of PP chips added with color master batches, through
extruding and melting of screw extruder, then processed with spinning, side air cooling, oiling, stretching, hot air variant,
drum cooling, intermingling, winding and finally forms PP BCF bobbins

1.High-strength, can bear heavy impact strength than nylon and Viscose.
2.Good elasticity. The character is near the wool , 2~3 times better than nylon.
3.Smooth surface, inner molecular arranged closely.
4.Rot-proof, resistance to bleacher /oxidant /HC /petrol products and inorganic acid.
5.Major use: carpets, bath rugs, braids, etc.
6.Packing: Standard Export Packing or as per customer's requirement .
7.Inner packing: 3-4kgs/cone, 6 cones/ctn or 500-600kg/pallet, 8500kgs/40ft HQ container
