Key points before starting up the Sanbang spiral oil press:

1. Fill the gearbox with oil before starting up

After the machine is installed, add lubricating oil according to regulations, check whether all components are tightened, whether the operating handle and insertion plate are flexible

3. Move the large pulley by hand to check if the machine is loose or stuck. If there are any abnormalities, they should be promptly eliminated

4. Adjust the tightness of the belt, start the motor, check if the direction of the groove wheel is consistent with the marked direction, and use the Sanbang oil press

5. After checking the preparation work, loosen the locking nut to tighten the screw to the dead center, then retreat 3-4 turns, and move forward half a turn to ensure the gap between the screw and the cake outlet
